Warren Reibitt is our Energy & Infrastructure Design Lead , starting in the industry in 1986 as an apprentice Electrician he has held various technical , supervisory , Contract & Business Unit Management roles in the Electrical Contracting Industry within a DNO contracting company. During this time, he has managed numerous Services projects, telecoms infrastructure, Warren Joined ENW CML in 2017 and been involved in some major capital projects for large customers with an interest in developing the embedded generation product streams.

Tracy Roberts is our Office Manager and Executive Assistant to our Directors. She brings over 30 years of administrative experience to the table with expertise in project co-ordination, office management and many years managing the schedules of Executive Board members effectively and efficiently.

Over the years, Tracy has been shortlisted and secured a number of EA/PA Awards through the industry and has been with the business for six years.

David assists customers with their broad range of requirements from maintenance of high and low-voltage private networks to large-scale electrical infrastructure upgrades.

He also works with chosen partner organisations to ensure client expectations and needs are catered for in new and upcoming markets, focusing around carbon reduction and power efficiency.

Martin has over 29 years of experience in the commercial and industrial, electrical, and switchgear industries.

He has completed major projects across the country and has developed and led multi-disciplined teams in panel installations, new build, maintenance, and retro-fitting; working on panels and bus bar systems up to 5000A for a variety of uses from heavy industrial to offices.

Matt Birch is responsible for leading a team of Design Engineers working on HV & LV construction projects.

As a Design Engineer himself with 20 years of industry experience, he has a wealth of knowledge and plays a key role in supporting and developing the team.

John has been in the electricity contracting industry for over 30 years working in both electrical installation and managerial roles. John leads a team of highly skilled craftsmen ensuring the electrical installation and maintenance work is delivered to the highest standards.

Richard has been working in the electricity distribution industry for over 32 years between Electricity North West and a neighbouring DNO.

Richard is part of our team of highly skilled SAP’s within ENWCML who ensure that the electrical installation and maintenance work is delivered to the highest safety standards.

Tony’s role is to engage with our customers and other companies to offer our various services and solutions best suited to their existing and future requirements.

Tony has a background in Account Management and Business Development within Aerospace, Recruitment, BMS, M&E contracting and HV/LV contracting industries.

‘Benny’ signed up to the Apprenticeship Programme in 2022, so he could find a career that offered good progression and where he could learn lots of new skills to use within the Electrical Industry.
