Mohammed is a Higher Level Design Apprentice at ENWCML.
Mohammed signed up to the Apprenticeship Programme, so he could find an exciting career which offered progression and hopefully a future within ENWL.
We asked Mohammed a few questions about his role at ENWCML:
Job Role: Higher Level Design Apprentice
Why did you sign up to this apprenticeship? I applied
for the Higher Level Apprenticeship program because it was a great opportunity
and would be the beginning of an exciting career. I would also love a future within this company as I believe it is the right pathway for me and I
would enjoy this as a career.
What do you enjoy most about being an apprentice at ENWCML? The fact that I can always reach out to my colleagues if I’m ever unsure
on something and they will help me to the best of their ability.
What do you hope to do after graduating from your apprenticeship? I hope to carry on in my current role, running the minor works
projects. This is so I can focus more on completing project/job enquiries and
communicating with customer’s independently.
Would you recommend it to others and why? Yes, it is a great opportunity. It is the start of an exciting career as the apprenticeship programme can open many pathways for you. It is also a great company to work for as everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the day you start.
